How did you get into coaching?

 Always interested in the coaching side but since taking Level 2 Coaching qualification grew my knowledge from the likes of Gavin and others before deciding to pursue it full time.

How would you describe your own coaching philosophy?

 Every player who picks up a racquet at a coaching session wants to get somewhere and so it's my role to get them as close as possible to get there :-)

  Who is your sporting idol and why?

 Lin Dan, Badminton player.  His attitude and confidence on court was unbelievable to watch as a young player growing up...  also how he adapted his game to cope with younger players helps me in my own game today!

Favourite badminton shot :

Forehand cross-court slice drop as it's my one weapon ;-)
