How did you get into coaching?

 After university I got into coaching through my local badminton club and went on from there. 

How would you describe your own coaching philosophy?

 Everyone has different things about them in their style and their approach, it is my job to bring these things along with the coaching to make them the player they want to be.

Who is your sporting idol and why?

 Arisa Higashino, Badminton Player.  She is so dynamic on court it is breath-taking.  Everything she does is with a smile on her face too :-)
